Solvita Integrative Health is currently offering virtual care for South Carolina residents.

Policies

• Insurance- Solvita Integrated Health is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurances. Patients may request a superbill at checkout to submit to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Lab coverage may vary depending on your insurance plan.

• Payment- Pre-payment is required when scheduling an appointment. Amount due at scheduling is based on the service/package selected. We accept HSA/FSA, ACH, debit cards, and all major credit cards.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes. Existing patients: A $50 fee will apply for late cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late. New patients: Initial consultations are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.

• Medications/Supplements- Patients are responsible for the cost of any prescribed medications or recommended supplements.

• Additional Labs- Patients are responsible for the cost of any additional, advanced or specialty laboratory testing not included.

Pre-Visit Requirements

• Register for our patient portal in “Practice Better” — it's a HIPAA-compliant space for messages, lab orders, supplement protocols, and visit notes. An email will be sent for you to register once your first appointment is booked.

• Complete the required intake and consent forms in the portal before your visit. The more thorough you are on your intake form, the more personalized and productive your consultation will be.

• If you have recently obtained lab results or imaging reports that you would like reviewed, please upload them into the patient portal prior to your consultation.

• Please have all current medications and supplements available at your consultation for provider review.
