Initial Consultation: $299 | 60 Minutes
Every patient begins with a comprehensive initial consultation. During this visit, we’ll review your health history, symptoms, current concerns, lifestyle, and health goals to better understand the full picture of your health and develop an individualized care plan tailored to your needs.At the end of your consultation, we’ll discuss recommended next steps and discuss whether individual follow-up visits or a more comprehensive program best fits your needs and goals.
Lab Review Visit: $199 | 45 Minutes
A dedicated visit for a comprehensive review and interpretation of laboratory results. We’ll connect your results with your symptoms and health history, discuss potential contributing factors, and develop personalized recommendations and next steps.Follow-Up Visit: $149 | 30 Minutes
For established patients to review progress, treatment response, and make adjustments to an existing care plan as needed.12-Week Reset Program: $1,347 or $449/month for 3 months
For patients seeking more comprehensive, ongoing support. Includes additional services and foundational laboratory testing.Laboratory testing, specialty testing, supplements, and medications are not included in individual visit fees unless otherwise specified.

Laboratory testing is not included in individual visit fees unless otherwise specified. Our 12-Week Reset Programincludes foundational laboratory testing as part of the program.
For patients receiving care through individual visits, laboratory testing is recommended based on your health history, symptoms, goals, and clinical needs—so you only pay for testing that is appropriate for you.
Foundational laboratory testing typically starts around $200.
Advanced or specialty testing typically starts around $400. -
We accept HSA/FSA cards, ACH payments, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
Payment is due at the time of scheduling. For select services and programs, flexible payment plans may be available.

Solvita Integrative Health offers virtual appointments for women throughout South Carolina, along with limited in-person appointments in Spartanburg.
In-person visits are available by appointment only on select days. Available appointment formats and locations will be shown when booking.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes.
Existing Patients: A $50 fee will apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
New Patients: Initial consultation fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.
Program Patients: Missed visits may count as one of the included visits if not cancelled within the required timeframe.

No. Solvita is designed to complement—not replace—your primary care provider and specialists.
We encourage patients to continue routine medical care, preventive screenings, and acute care with their primary healthcare team.

Yes. As a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Courtney can prescribe medications when clinically appropriate. This may include GLP-1 medications, certain peptide therapies, bioidentical hormone therapy, and other prescription treatments based on your individual health history, evaluation, and clinical needs.
Prescriptions are not guaranteed and are provided only when medically appropriate.

Yes. We offer personalized weight loss and metabolic health programs designed around your individual needs, health history, and goals. Your plan may include nutrition and lifestyle support, laboratory evaluation, and prescription weight-loss medication when clinically appropriate.

Yes. Hormone testing may be recommended based on your symptoms, health history, stage of life, and individual concerns. Testing may include blood-based hormone panels or more comprehensive specialty testing when clinically appropriate.
Hormone testing is individualized, and we’ll determine which labs, if any, are most appropriate for you during your consultation.

Getting started is simple. All new patients begin with a 60-minute Initial Consultation. During this visit, we’ll take a comprehensive look at your health history, symptoms, concerns, lifestyle, and goals and develop an individualized care plan.
At the end of your consultation, we’ll discuss recommended next steps and whether individual follow-up care or one of our more comprehensive programs is the best fit for your needs and goals.
