Solvita currently operates as a telehealth practice, allowing you to access personalized care from anywhere within South Carolina, where Courtney is licensed. Lab testing, treatment plans, and follow-up visits can all be coordinated virtually, making care convenient and accessible without sacrificing a personalized approach.

No. Solvita is a cash-pay practice.
This allows us to spend more time with patients, provide highly personalized care, and focus on root-cause evaluation rather than insurance-driven visit limitations.

We accept HSA/FSA cards, ACH payments, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
Payment is due at the time of scheduling. For select services and programs, flexible payment plans may be available.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes.
Existing patients: A $50 fee will apply for late cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late.
New patients: Initial consultations are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.
For program patients, missed visits may count as one of the included follow-up visits if not cancelled within the required timeframe.

No. Solvita is designed to complement—not replace—your primary care provider and specialists.
We encourage patients to continue routine medical care, preventive screenings, and acute care with their primary healthcare team.

Yes. As a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Courtney can prescribe medications when clinically appropriate, including GLP-1, peptide & bioidentical hormone therapies, as well as other treatments that may support your health goals.

Yes. We offer personalized metabolic health and weight optimization programs that may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle interventions, laboratory evaluation, and medication management when appropriate.

Yes. Depending on your symptoms and goals, we may recommend blood, urine, or other hormone assessments to better understand your hormone patterns and guide treatment decisions.

Yes. The 12-Week Reset includes comprehensive foundational laboratory testing to evaluate key areas such as metabolism, blood sugar balance, thyroid function, inflammation, nutrient status, and overall wellness.
Additional specialty or advanced testing may be recommended based on your individual needs and goals and is not included in the program investment.
